Public Appearances and Showings
- Exhibited cribbage boards and 18-Piece Puzzles in Winter Exhibition + Gift at the Pitt Meadows Art Gallery, November 17 – January 28, 2019
- Collaborated with photographer Gerry Moss, and submitted my own work (both woodwork and a photograph) to the Hands That Shape Our Community photo and art exhibition at Gallery Bistro from May 6 to June 16, 2014
- Built and exhibited Wireframe Cabinet for the annual juried “Discovery” exhibition titled “AIR” at Seymour Art Gallery from January 8 until February 1, 2014;
- Exhibited over a dozen pieces at Port Moody Celebration of Wood Fair July 20th, 2013;
- Exhibited Table with a Twist at Port Moody Celebration of Wood exhibition from July 18th until August 11, 2013;
- Was asked to lead off Steve Ramsay’s Inspiration Project on July 9, 2013;
- Exhibited over twenty pieces at Gallery Bistro for Port Moody’s 14th annual Artwalk on April 13 and 14, 2013. The exhibition remained on display until June 11, 2013;
- Showed two pieces at the opening reception of Port Moody’s 14th annual Artwalk, April 12, 2013; and
- Gave a 7-minute talk, with slides, at Coquitlam’s PechaKucha Night on Feburary 14, 2013.

- I gave a talk to the Pacific Woodworker’s Guild on the subject of design in May 2010. Guild member and reporter Phillip Ngan wrote a detailed recap of the evening which you can read HERE;
- I lectured at the RONA Vancouver 2010 Fabrication Shop in August 2009. “Thanks so very much for meeting yesterday with my carpentry apprentices and giving them your workshop on how to start and run a small carpentry business. You were well prepared, personable and very helpful. Your two-page handout on “Pointers on Starting and Running a Business” is a great thing to have left with us for future reference. - I demonstrated woodworking during the Heritage Picnic & City Hall Open House on July 25, 2009 to celebrate the City of New Westminster’s 150th Anniversary; and
- I have represented Lee Valley Tools at numerous woodworking shows in Canada and the United States since 2006.
