Looking for flatsawn ash, 7/8″ square or flatsawn cherry, 1-1/2″ square?
While writing Overflow VIII, it somehow transmogrified into quartersawn material. How convenient – I’m keeping it to myself now!

How did the wood transform itself from flatsawn into quartersawn? Of course, square stock that is flatsawn is also quartersawn, depending on how you look at it.
By the way, everything you read in Overflow VIII is true. I do, however, need to keep the quartersawn material so there is nothing for you to win right now. But I can guarantee that there will be more to come, including some hand and power tools and more wood! Be sure to subscribe to my blog if you haven’t already. And tell your friends!
Thanks for reading, and stay wary today!

Oh, you trickster………..want to trade some wood?
Hi Pete,
If that is a serious question… maybe. You’re close enough to me and I do find myself in your area at least once a year. Whatcha got?
