This is the first attempt at something beyond the spoons I’ve been making lately.
First try at a functional seat. Not a good looker but it’s solid as a rock.
Stool is 17 1/2 inches tall and seat is 9 1/2 inches in diameter. Made of maple, with walnut handle.

I like the look of the stool. It reminds me of a mushroom or a water tower.
Don’t sell yourself short. Not a good looker? It’s one of the best.
I like it. At first glance I thought the “handle/’ was a cup holder! ;-)
