I had a lot of fun participating in this group build. Fun to be building, and fun to follow along with others.

The greatest challenge I faced was figuring out how to hang the wide shelf and prevent it from tipping.
This shelf was specifically designed to display a set of letter blocks. There needed to be enough frontage to display all 30 blocks in different word combinations, and I didn’t want a single 6 foot shelf. I also wanted the shelf to be deep enough to hide unused blocks behind others, and needed enough height between the shelves to be able to reach over the front row and easily grab a block from the back. The gap behind the shelves does not allow a block to fall through. The design was a solution to creating a visually light shelf that was still strong.
